Dr. Frances T. Florentino is a Board Certified Dermatologist with over fifteen years of experience working in three different academic facilities. She has worked most recently at MCG, and prior to that was on staff for the Case Western Reserve University Dermatology Residency Program in Cleveland, Ohio. Her dermatology training was done at Henry Ford Hospital Health Systems in Detroit, Michigan. She is a graduate of The University of Michigan Medical School and did her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.. She grew up in the Detroit, Michigan area. Dr. Florentino is also fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Florentino is a member of the American Board of Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatology, and the Georgia Society of Dermatologists.
Dr. Florentino treats both pediatric and adult patients for all types of skin, nail, and hair disorders. She does skin cancer surgeries as well as removal of other types of skin lesions. She also offers cosmetic treatments including Botox® Cosmetic, Dysport®, Restylane®, Perlane®, Radiesse®, Belotero® Balance, Sculptra® Aesthethic, a variety of laser treatments, and chemical peels.
Dr. Florentino is married to Dr. Ivan Florentino, a Pediatric Anesthesiologist at MCG Children’s Hospital. They have four children, their dogs Lulu and Teddy, and enjoy playing golf when they can.

Morgan Cummings, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Morgan Cummings is a physician assistant with over 11 years of experience including time spent in both dermatology and critical care. Morgan grew up in Columbia, SC and attended the University of South Carolina and completed her degree in Biology before attending the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University for PA school. After completing her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies in 2011, Morgan worked in dermatology in North Georgia before relocating to Augusta.
With a specific interest in acne and psoriasis, Morgan is available to schedule new patient appointments, while maintaining care for our established patients as well. Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and young daughters, and her dog and cat, while visiting and planning Disney vacations.
Savanna Perry, PA-C
Savanna Perry, PA-C is an Augusta native and after completing her Bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of Georgia, Savanna returned to the area to complete PA school at Augusta University. Since graduating in 2014, Savanna has worked exclusively in dermatology with particular interests in the treatment of acne, rosacea, and chemical peels.
Savanna enjoys advocating for the PA profession and helping to advise undergraduate students and future PAs through The PA Platform and spending time with her family.

Tracey Shaffer, PA-C
Tracey is a native of Savannah, GA and she moved to the Augusta area when her husband was stationed at Fort Gordon. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Augusta State University. She attended PA school at Augusta University and graduated in 2015. She is a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and a member of the AAPA.
Tracey has worked in dermatology since 2016.
She enjoys reading, quilting, and is an avid sports fan. She has been married for 30 years and has two grown children.
